EAST PROVIDENCE, RI – According to WJAR, one person died in a two-vehicle collision at Pawtucket Ave and Catlin Ave on Friday.
The drivers of a Nissan and a Subaru collided with each other around 8 p.m. The crash sent the Nissan into the front yard of a house on Pawtucket Ave.
Rescue crews transported a passenger from the Nissan, Jacob Crenshaw, 24, to an area hospital, where he died. His brother, Andrew Crenshaw, 27, was hospitalized in critical condition. The Subaru driver, a 22-year-old, was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The incident is under investigation.
