Man in his 60s loses life to bicycle collision in Bellingham 

BELLINGHAM, MA – A man in his 60s from Woonsocket lost his life to a serious bicycle collision that happened Monday, WJAR News 10 reports. 

Preliminary details show that the Woonsocket man was cycling on South Main Street when he was struck by a car driven by a teen from Sutton. The collision happened around 1 p.m. and prompted a response from EMS crews. 

After arriving, first responders took the male cyclist to  Landmark Medical Center. He was initially in critical condition but later lost his life. 

Woonsocket police said the teen driver remained at the scene but did not say if they cited the young motorist.
