Driver hits, sends 9-year-old boy on bike to hospital in Woonsocket

WOONSOCKET, RI – An ambulance sent a  9-year-old boy to Hasbro Children’s Hospital for a possible broken leg after he collided with a vehicle while riding his bike Saturday. 

Turnto10 said this collision happened before 5 p.m. at the Hope Street and West Street intersection. Police did say the driver remained at the scene but haven’t mentioned any citations or charges filed against the driver.
