WARWICK, RI – An ambulance responded to an injury crash that happened Thursday on the east side of Warwick, reports 10 WJAR.
The collision occurred sometime at night on Warwick Road, which runs north to south on the east side of the city. Police haven’t provided a cross street for the accident.
While police haven’t yet commented on the cause or circumstances of the crash, photos taken at the scene suggest that a blue SUV and a tan SUV may have been involved. Both vehicles appear to have sustained damage; it’s unclear if additional cars were involved.
Medics transported one person from the scene to an area hospital with unspecified injuries.
