Update: Driver killed in crash with wall damage in West Warrick 

WEST WARRICK, RI – A driver lost his life to a single-vehicle crash that resulted in wall damage in West Warwick on Sunday.

New details from WJAR News 10 show that the driver was a 37-year-old man, local to West Warwick. Preliminary details show that the driver had lost control of his gray Nissan Sentra while driving in the area of Brookside Avenue and Crossen Street. He crashed his car and then into the concrete median wall, according to an eyewitness.

EMS crews rushed the man, who was found unconscious, to Kent County Memorial Hospital, where he died from his injuries.

West Warrick police started an investigation and have not released the man’s name at this time.
