NORTH PROVIDENCE, RI – A driver of a RIPTA bus crashed into an SUV, leading the SUV motorist to crash into a telephone pole in the Centerdale area Saturday.
Rhode Island police told Turn to 10 that this collision happened in the area of Smith Street and Peach Hill Avenue. The impact of this crash did not lead to any wounds for the occupants involved, although the SUV itself did suffer some front and rear-end damage.
Police have not confirmed which driver was at fault.
