EAST PROVIDENCE, RI – According to Providence Journal, a fatal car crash was reported near Waterman Ave Monday.
Phillip Holub, 31, lost control of his car on a curve, went over a traffic island, and crashed into the woods.
Dispatchers received calls concerning the collision around 12:55 a.m. Emergency crews found Holub’s vehicle lying on its roof when they arrived at the scene.
