Man, 78, dies 3 days after Barrington auto-pedestrian crash 

BARRINGTON, RI – A 78-year-old man was taken to a Rhode Island Island Hospital, where he later died on Sunday after he was struck by a vehicle Thursday. 

This collision happened around 7:15 a.m. at the eastbound County Road and Richmond Avenue intersection, according to Turnto10. There was no crosswalk at this junction, and the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, police confirmed. 

The pedestrian was identified as Richard Stolorow from East Providence. 

Police launched an investigation and have not confirmed additional information at this time.
