PROVIDENCE, RI – A collision scene reported at Rhode Island 10 along Exit 3A was able to clear less than five minutes after it happened on Friday.
The Rhode Island Department of Transportation first announced this crash at 5:09 p.m. and said it was cleared by 5:13 p.m. Due to the short amount of time it took for crews to remove the vehicles from the site, it appears the collision was minor.
