LAKEVILLE, MA – A pair of crashes on Route 140 involving several vehicles took place when motorists failed to stop in time to avoid wreckage from the initial crash on Tuesday, says The Fall River Reporter.
The second crash occurred as responders were arriving to the scene of the initial incident.
