PROVIDENCE, RI – Significant delays were reported following a rush-hour crash on I-95 in downtown Providence this morning.
According to a report by the Rhode Island DoT, the incident occurred at about 8:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the interstate near Exit 39B to Smithfield Avenue.
