FALL RIVER, MA ā Two people were taken to a hospital after a car plowed into a building on Brightman Street on Thursday.
The single-car crash happened around 11:30 p.m. Fall River Police told WJARNews10 that the driver was speeding, which led to the crash.
The driver and their passenger suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.
Police issued a marked lane violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle citation to the motorist.
A full investigation remains underway.
