PROVIDENCE, RI – A collision on I-95 caused significant traffic delays in the South Elmwood area this afternoon.
According to a report by Rhode Island DoT, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of the interstate near the exit to US-1 and Elmwood Avenue at about 4:30 p.m.
