Man, 71, unconscious after bicycle crash in North Kingstown 

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI – A 71-year-old man was found unconscious after a bicycle crash Saturday, July 5, according to WJAR News10.

The events unfolded in the morning when the elderly man appeared to lose control of his bike and crashed at the intersection of Potter Road and Essex Road. He lost consciousness moments later. North Kingstown police said the cyclist, a Warrick resident, did not appear to have been struck by a vehicle.

Officers did not share the Warrick man’s current physical condition. Police are continuing to investigate the details behind Saturday’s crash.
