NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI – Rhode Island Department of Transportation crews had to block off the West Allenton Road and Deerfield Court due to a vehicle accident on Friday.

Workers first announced the crash at 11:03 a.m. and said they closed several lanes for the scene clean-up process.
Authorities who were called to the scene have not disclosed how the collision unfolded or listed the number of people and vehicles involved.
