MANSFIELD, MA – Five people were sent to the hospital, and one car overturned following a six-vehicle collision on I-95 South Sunday, WJAR News 10 said.
Rhode Island State Police arrived at the scene around 1:30 a.m. and shut down the area immediately. Troopers reopened the area before 3:30 a.m. after transportation crews removed the affected vehicles and EMS personnel took the injured individual to the hospital.
Troopers are actively working to determine the exact cause of the multi-vehicle crash.
