LAKEVILLE, MA – A man went to the hospital Sunday after a vehicle struck him at an intersection in west-central Plymouth County, reports 10 WJAR.
The accident happened around 6 p.m. near the intersection of Main Street and Keith Avenue in northeast Lakeville, which is about 36 miles northeast or Providence and 41 miles southeast of Boston.
It’s unclear if the victim was walking in a designated crosswalk or pedestrian area when the crash occurred.
Medics transported the man to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities haven’t shared any information about the driver involved in the collision.
No charges have been filed thus far, as the investigation continues.
