SWANSEA, RI – Two people were rushed to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash in Swansea on Saturday.
According to a report by WFXT, a 1999 Toyota VT1100 motorcycle collided with a 2014 Toyota RAV4 near the intersection of Hortonville Road and Arrowhead Court shortly after 2 p.m.
The two riders on the motorcycle, a 44-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman, were taken to Rhode Island Hospital in serious condition. The Toyota’s driver was unhurt.
Investigators say the driver of the Toyota failed to yield to the motorcycle while turning left, causing the two to collide.
