ATTLEBORO, MA – A person was sent to a local trauma center following a serious motorcycle collision that happened on I-95 South Thursday.
According to WJAR News 10, the crash happened before 10 a.m. and warranted a response from local fire crews. The details behind the collision remain scarce. However, based on what officials reported, it seemed that the motorcyclist crashed into another vehicle, which caused the bike to overturn and eject the motorcyclist who was ejected.
After arriving, fire and EMS crews found the motorcyclist 500 feet away from the crash site and rushed the motorcyclist to the hospital, where they are recovering from serious injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was left uninjured. It’s unclear if they were cited or will be facing any charges.
