ATTLEBORO, MA – Two teenagers and the driver that hit them were all hospitalized following a crash in Attleboro on Friday morning.
According to WPRI, the accident happened around 6:40 a.m. at the County Stretty and Bushee Street intersection when a car drove through a marked crosswalk without yielding and struck a 17-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy.
The two teens were both hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The female victim was treated at Hasbro Children’s Hospital while the male was taken to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.
The 88-year-old man who drove the car was also hospitalized at Sturdy Memorial Hospital.
Criminal charges are expected for the driver.
