FREETOWN, MA – A driver died after crashing into a tree on Rte 140 Friday, according to WPRI.
Freetown EMS were dispatched to the wreck around 7:30 a.m. They pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Police believe speed was a factor in the collision.
Officials will release the victim’s name once his family has been notified.
