Driver airlifted after single-vehicle collision in Raynham 

RAYNHAM, MA – A driver was airlifted to a hospital after a single-vehicle collision in Raynham on Sunday, WJAR10News said.

Massachusetts State Police said the crash happened after 9:30 a.m. on Interstate 495 South and left the car driver with injuries deemed potentially non-life-threatening.

Medical helicopter personnel airlifted the male car driver to an emergency room in Boston for treatment.

Authorities shut down the left lane of the highway for approximately two hours before reopening the area.
