SWANSEA, MA – A driver was injured Thursday morning when their vehicle rolled over on westbound I-195 in Swansea, reports NBC 10 News.
Massachusetts State Police said the crash happened around 10:57 a.m. on May 7. The vehicle reportedly rolled over near mile marker 6.3.
Investigators described the wreck as a single-car crash. Emergency crews responding to the scene took the driver to a nearby hospital for care. Officials did not share details of the driver’s condition.
Crews later removed the overturned vehicle from the highway and notified MassDOT about damage to a nearby guardrail.
Authorities have not released more details about what caused the vehicle to roll.
