ATTLEBORO, MA – Multiple injuries have been reported in connection to a four-vehicle collision that happened Sunday in northwest Bristol County.
According to 10 WJAR, emergency crews responded to a major crash shortly before 7:30 p.m. near mile marker 2 on the southbound side of I-95 in Attleboro. This is about 13 miles northeast of Providence, Rhode Island.
Police haven’t yet commented on the cause or circumstances of the accident. They say that one of the six people involved became entrapped and required extrication.
Medics transported four people to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
