PROVIDENCE, RI – Police are investigating the circumstances behind a collision that led one car to overturn and another to leave behind an oil spill Thursday.
This crash happened around 2 a.m. on I-95 South adjacent to the Atwells Avenue exit, according to Providence Now News Channel 6. Hazmat and crews had contained the spill and Rhode Island Department of Transportation personnel cleared the debris from the crash.
All southbound lanes that were shut down have been reopened since.
