EAST PROVIDENCE, RI – A female driver was taken to the hospital after a rollover collision in East Providence on Tuesday, WJAR10News said.
Rhode Island State Police said the female driver lost control of her car and crashed it into the median on Interstate 195 near Exit2C.
The woman’s car overturned, and she sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash.
EMS crews transported the driver to Women and Infants for Care.
Traffic was at a standstill for approximately 40 minutes to allow crews to clean up debris from the crash.
Police have not announced any citations or charges at this time.
