WARWICK, RI – At least three lanes of I-95 were closed following a crash in Warwick on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Rhode Island DoT, the accident happened shortly before 3 p.m. along the northbound side of the interstate near Exit 8B to RI-2 North.

The circumstances leading up to the accident are unclear at this time. However, three lanes were blocked for sometime afterward while crews worked to remove the wreckage from the roadway.
