STOUGHTON, MA – A pedestrian was struck by a car and injured on Route 139 yesterday afternoon, 25 News Boston reports.

The collision took place in the highway’s westbound lanes at Route 24 sometime before 4:22 p.m.
Traffic became backed up by about a half mile as a result.
