NORFOLK, MA – A driver allegedly slammed into a police cruiser at N Street and Needham St while impaired on August 11, according to WJAR.
Jamont Dubose, 43, was speeding when he crashed into a police cruiser heading south on North St around 1:35 a.m.
Rescue crews transported Dubose and the officer to an area hospital following the collision.
Authorities charged Dubose with OUI liquor, speed exceeding the speed limit, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Dubose was arraigned on August 11.
