FALL RIVER, MA āA bicyclist was left in serious condition as a result of a crash involving a car that happened along Cook Pond on Friday.
The collision took place before 1 p.m. at the intersection of King Phillip Street and South Main Street, WJAR News 10 said.
Fall River Police said a 39-year-old woman riding a bicycle was traveling on South Main Street when she ran a red light and was hit by a black SUV.
The cyclist suffered serious injuries and was rushed to Rhode Island Hospital.
Police said no charges have been filed and are actively working to determine the cause of the collision.
