PAWTUCKET, RI – A Pawtucket police officer and a female driver were taken to a hospital following a two-vehicle crash outside the Pawtucket Patriot Bar on Tuesday.
The police’s cruiser collided with another vehicle at the intersection of George Bennett Highway and Division Street, WJARNews10 said. Either one or both vehicles then struck two power poles, leaving the police officer and female driver with minor injuries.
Police have not specified the events leading to the collision or if anyone was cited.
