Local police determined that a pickup truck driver ran a stop sign, colliding with the motorcyclist at the intersection of David Street and Brock Avenue.
Police cited the pickup truck driver for not stopping at the stop sign and also cited the motorcyclist for operating the motorcycle without a valid license.
