PROVIDENCE, RI – According to WPRI, the woman charged with a fatal hit-and-run accident on N Main St on February 14 pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.
Alisha Pina, 35, allegedly struck and killed Zachary Richardson, 38, as he was crossing N Main St around 10 p.m.
Pina was driving with a suspended license when she hit Richardson.
The judge granted Pina $7,500 surety bail and ordered her not to drive. Her next court date is on January 10.
