CRANSTON, RI – According to WJAR, a man died in a motorcycle wreck on Old Bald Hill Road near Cotirell Street on Wednesday.
Robert Seeley, 40, was riding a motorcycle south on Old Bald Hill Rd without a helmet when he failed to negotiate a curve and skidded around 1:14 a.m. Seeley was ejected from the motorcycle in the crash.
Rescue crews transported Seeley to an area hospital, where he died.
Authorities believe impairment and speed were factors in the incident.
The Cranston Police Department is investigating the incident.
