Hit-and-run driver charged with crash that injured 2 juveniles in North Kingstown

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI – According to WJAR, the hit-and-run driver who injured two juveniles at Devils Foot Rd and Sutton Ln on July 16 has been charged by police.

Latoya Rose, 38, hit the 12-year-old and 15-year-old as they walked home around 10 p.m.

Rescue crews transported both victims to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities charged Rose with two counts of duty to stop in accidents resulting in personal injury.
