PAWTUCKET, RI – Three people were hurt Monday morning in a two-vehicle collision near the Historic District in Pawtucket, reports 10 WJAR.
The crash occurred sometime before 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Pond Street and Arch Street, which is east of I-95 and northwest of McKinnon-Alves Soccer Complex.
Police say that a southbound car collided with and eastbound work van in the intersection. The impact of the crash caused the van to overturn.
Medics transported three people from the van to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
It’s unclear which vehicle had right of way at the time of the accident.
A full investigation is underway.
