TAUNTON, MA ā Two drivers were left in critical condition after a three-vehicle collision on Somerset Avenue Tuesday, WPRI reports.
Authorities said the impact of the collision left a 2021 Dodge Ram pickup truck with rear-end damage and a 2008 Toyota Camry and a 2018 Dodge Challenger with front-end damage.
Officials did not specify how the collision unfolded but did say that at least one of the vehicles caught fire.
The Toyota Camry female driver and Dodge Challenger male driver were the ones who sustained critical injuries. The woman’s physical state has improved, and she is now listed as stable.
One Challenger passenger and the Dodge Ram pickup truck driver are recovering from serious injuries.
