SOUTHBOROUGH, MA – Police arrested a Bolton woman for causing a wrong-way collision that killed one person and injured another last month in Worcester County.
According to MassLive, the accident happened on Friday, February 20th, along MA-9 in the city of Southborough, about 23 miles northeast of Worcester.
Authorities say that 30-year-old Abigail Throckmorton was driving a vehicle that entered the wrong side of the highway and collided head-on with another car.
The crash killed 37-year-old Crystal Johnson-Clementi of Leominster and sent another person to the hospital.
Throckmorton faces charges that include motor vehicle homicide by negligence and driving to endanger.
The investigation is ongoing.
