REHOBOTH, MA – According to WJAR, a driver collided with a motorcyclist near 257 Winthrop St on September 7.
Gyanna Kirwin, 19, was driving east when she hit a 67-year-old man riding a motorcycle around 6 a.m.
Rescue crews transported the motorcyclist to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Kirwin was not injured in the collision.
Authorities charged Kirwin with negligent operation, unlicensed operation, and operating an uninsured and unlicensed vehicle.
