QUINCY, MA – Police are investigating a single-vehicle collision that killed one person and injured another Sunday in eastern Norfolk County, reports WCVB 5.
Shortly after 6 a.m., emergency crews responded to a solo crash on I-93, or the Southeast Expressway, near Furnace Brook Parkway in the city of Quincy, about nine miles southeast of Boston.
Authorities haven’t yet commented on the cause or circumstances of the accident.
One person died in the accident, and a second person required hospitalization for serious injuries.
