PROVIDENCE, RI – A teen was fatally struck by a train near the Rhode Island Department of Health this afternoon.
According to WPRI, the 19-year-old woman was walking on the tracks in the area of Orms Street and Canal Street when she was hit by the commuter train.
The unidentified woman suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
