GLOCESTER, RI – Two staff members and three residents of a group home in Glocester were injured after an incident Wednesday morning.
According to ABC6, a 40-year-old man at the Cove House Adult Residential Facility on Tourtellot Hill Road became violent with staff and others.
Emergency crews arrived to find a female staff member outside of the building with visible injuries.
She and two other residents were all taken to area hospitals to treat injuries.
A male staff member and third resident sustained injuries that were treated on the scene.
The man who caused the incident was taken into custody. Authorities are still investigating.
