PROVIDENCE, RI – A 29-year-old man was sent to Rhode Island Hospital, where he passed away after he rear-ended a construction trash truck with his car Wednesday.
This collision happened at the Plainfield Street and Union Avenue intersection, along the Hillside Village Apartments, according to WPRI. Police said the man’s car had heavy damage down to his windshield, although it is unclear if the truck was damaged.
Authorities have later identified the man as Joshua Diaz. They have not confirmed the exact cause of this crash.
