PROVIDENCE, RI – All lanes, including the left lane, which was initially blocked, reopened on I-95 South connecting to the Branch Avenue off-ramp at 4:27 p.m. Friday.
The Rhode Island Department of Transportation initially reported this crash at approximately 4:03 p.m. Since crews took less than 30 minutes to clear the scene, they suggested the collision was minor.
