PROVIDENCE, RI – First responders in downtown Providence were called to the scene of a collision involving a police vehicle last night.
According to WPRI, the crash happened at the intersection of Dave Gavitt Way at Washington Street, just east of I-95.
Reports suggest a passenger vehicle and the police cruiser were involved. However, the cause of the crash is unclear at this time.
