PROVIDENCE, RI – Authorities pulled a stolen car from a lake in Roger Williams Park on Easter Sunday, WJAR reports.
Police say the Honda sedan was reported stolen in Cranston at about 6:30 a.m. that morning, about a half hour before they were called to the scene of the crash. They arrived to find the stolen vehicle half-submerged near the carousel.
Firefighters pulled the unoccupied Honda from the water. It does not appear as though anyone was injured.
