PROVIDENCE, RI – A collision involving a Providence police cruiser in north Providence this morning sent two people to the hospital.
According to WPRI, an SUV collided with the cruiser’s passenger side near the intersection of Mineral Spring Avenue and Douglas Avenue.
The officer and the unidentified woman in the SUV were taken to Rhode Island Hospital with minor injuries. They have since been released.
