PORTSMOUTH, RI – A 36-year-old man from Middleton died on Monday, June 9th, after a serious motorcycle crash that happened at 4 p.m. last Thursday.
Police told WPRI that the 36-year-old man lost control of his motorcycle while changing lanes while turning from West Main Road onto Route 24. He was ejected from his bike.
Medical personnel were summoned to the scene. They first took the male motorcyclist to St. Anne’s Hospital and then airlifted him to Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
The Middleton man died at Brigham. He has since been identified as Juan Pablo Garcia Castro.
