PAWTUCKET, RI – A truck driver was hospitalized following a collision near the Pawtucket Stadium construction site this morning.
According to WPRI, the truck tipped over on Taft Street as its load was being taken off at about 9:30 a.m.
The driver was transported to a Rhode Island Hospital to be treated for minor injuries sustained in the wreck.
Investigators believe the ground was soft due to rain the night before, which may have contributed to the incident.
