CHARLESTON, RI – According to WPRI, multiple students were hurt when a bus carrying the Prout’s girls’ varsity basketball team crashed on Kings Factory Rd Friday.
The wreck happened when the bus driver collided with a tree. An unknown number of students suffered minor injuries in the collision.
The incident is under investigation by the Charlestown Police Department.
